Terms of Service
Last updated: August 19, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WPRun. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use WPRun.
1. The Service
WPRun provisions disposable WordPress sandboxes. Each sandbox is a real, isolated container running WordPress with PHP-FPM and MySQL, reachable at a temporary *.wprun.site address, with generated wp-admin credentials and WP-CLI available.
Sandboxes are temporary by design. Every sandbox has a lifetime, and when it ends the sandbox and everything inside it is deleted permanently. WPRun is a testing, QA, demo and teaching environment — it is not hosting, and it is not intended for production sites.
2. Your Account
An account is required to use the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you register, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for everything done under your account.
3. Plans, Billing and Renewal
The service is offered on a free plan and on paid plans. Plans differ in how long a sandbox lives and how many sandboxes you may run at the same time; the current limits and prices are on the Pricing page.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically each month until cancelled. Prices are stated in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply in your country. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.
We may change prices or plan limits. Changes take effect from your next billing period, and we will tell you before they do.
4. Refunds
Paid plans carry a 14-day refund policy. Write to us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it in full.
5. Cancellation and Suspension
You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next charge; the period you have already paid for continues to run, after which your sandboxes revert to free-plan limits.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that creates legal, security or operational risk.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- host unlawful, harmful, abusive or infringing content in a sandbox;
- send spam, run phishing pages, distribute malware, or mine cryptocurrency;
- attack, scan or overload systems belonging to us or to anyone else;
- bypass usage limits, access controls or security protections, or run automation designed to create sandboxes beyond your plan;
- resell, sublicense or redistribute the service as your own;
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except where applicable law allows it.
7. Sandbox Content
A sandbox URL is built to be shared and works for anyone who has the link, while wp-admin asks for the generated credentials. Treat a sandbox as public.
Do not place production secrets, payment details, personal data about other people, or other confidential material inside a sandbox. You keep ownership of what you upload or create, and you are responsible for having the right to use it.
When a sandbox expires or is deleted, its content is gone and cannot be recovered. Export anything you want to keep before the timer ends.
8. Third-Party Software and Trademarks
Sandboxes run WordPress along with plugins and themes from the WordPress.org directory and other sources you choose. That software is governed by its own licences and terms, and we make no representations about it.
WPRun is not affiliated with WordPress or Automattic. The WordPress name is the trademark of the WordPress Foundation.
9. Warranties
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that a sandbox will remain reachable for any particular period. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WPRun will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold WPRun harmless from any liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or from content or activity placed on the service by you or by anyone using your account.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continued use of the service after a change means you accept it.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes not resolved between us directly are to be settled in accordance with that law.
14. Contact
