WPRun

End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of WPRun software, hosted tools, sandbox environments, and related services.

By using WPRun, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use WPRun.

License

WPRun grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use WPRun for lawful WordPress testing, development, evaluation, and site-support workflows.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute WPRun as a standalone service;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law allows it;
  • use WPRun to host unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content;
  • interfere with the availability, security, or integrity of WPRun systems;
  • bypass usage limits, access controls, or security protections.

Sandbox Data

WPRun environments are intended for temporary testing. Do not store production secrets, payment data, sensitive personal information, or other confidential material inside a sandbox.

Ownership

WPRun and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in WPRun, including software, systems, design, trademarks, and documentation. You retain ownership of content you upload or create, subject to the license needed to operate the service.

Third-Party Software

WPRun may interact with WordPress, plugins, themes, and other third-party software. Third-party software is governed by its own licenses and terms.

Termination

WPRun may suspend or terminate access if you violate this Agreement or use WPRun in a way that creates legal, security, or operational risk.

Disclaimer

WPRun is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. WPRun disclaims warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WPRun will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
